OLGA MARRERO

My background in education comes from a genuine love for helping others understand information in meaningful and engaging ways. Whether I'm training new employees or working with students in the classroom, I find purpose in making learning clear, engaging, and effective but most of all fun. Earning my degree in Exceptional Student Education taught me how to meet a wide range of learning needs through differentiation, and I've applied those strategies in both professional training environments and during my recent 12-week classroom internship. These experiences have deepened my passion for teaching and strengthened my commitment to foster an inclusive, impactful learning experience and environment for all my students.
