• Logistics: Overseeing the transportation and distribution of products to and from our storage unit.
• Quality Control: Monitoring product expiration dates to ensure snack freshness.
• Financial Management: Tracking revenues, expenses and profitability, while also managing our budget.
• Sales Operations: I took the lead in overseeing sales activities, which involved organizing and running pop-up shops and training sales staff.

• Before I turned 18, I managed the organization of the restaurant's takeout from the kitchen while learning Spanish and broadening my understanding of the inner conflicts/success associated with the restaurant industry.

• My first year, I was a one-on-one counselor, focusing on a specific camper's needs during off-site trips. My second year, I worked as a standard counselor, guiding and inspiring children from Kindergarten to Middle School while building lasting connections with many amazing kids.
