- Proactive in reaching out to PIs/labs when there is building maintenance scheduled. I monitor preventative maintenance of all equipment and check instrumentation regularly in all the common equipment rooms to make sure equipment is effectively working and not in need of repair.

- Coordinated with external vendors regarding supply orders or equipment repair services required by the lab personnel.
- I submitted POs for Eforce and Elemental moving companies and coordinated the removal and recycling of centrifuges, freezers, and other lab equipment. I coordinated all activities with T & N movers in relocating equipment in JMB and SCL. I clean and remove all trash that was in the labs, office, and supplies. The supplies that were left in the vacant labs were given to other labs' members.
