
My first job as an ice cream scooper helped to improve my customer service skills immensely, as well as work a POS system and handle cash regularly. Big Licks was a very fast paced environment especially in peak summer months often averaging 300 customers in a 6 hour work day. Big Licks being only a summer job I sought new work in the restaurant industry where I got hired at Sea Salt Lobster. These two roles were very different but both kept me occupied in my roles and required great customer service. I am able to manage in high-volume guest operations, with customer satisfaction being my top priority.
