I have recently moved back to my hometown of Steamboat Springs and now seeking a position at a restaurant where I can contribute, learn and be pushed to a new level in my culinary profession. I really enjoyed my time at Jax and learned about working in a fast paced restaurant while maintaining attention to all details. I was offered the Sous position but passed on it to move back to Steamboat Springs.
