Production Planning and Control Organization:

• Worked with engineering teams to prioritize engineering changes through EPDM/Windchill software, update BOMs, create & manage material masters (item masters), integrate with SAP, and improve production flow
• Responsible for planning and scheduling for multi-hundred million dollar GPS satelite projects scheduled through 2034
• Managed schedule and priorities in order to meet tight deadlines

GPS Procurement Support (Dock to Stock) Supply Chain Team:

● Utilized and Modified tools including SAP, Tableau, and MS Excel to allow operations and procurement teams to better understand true priorities and drivers for related builds

● Identified and quickly corrected duplicate demand within the GPS program and mitigated significant ($500,000+) potential costs related to procurement

● Extensive tracking of GPS procurement for all requirements across all LM Space locations in United States within large data sets

Space Electronics Center (SEC):

● Coordinated with engineering, procurement, and scheduling to plan and coordinate start dates for all builds from minor sub-assemblies to larger box assembly

● Detailed SAP analysis and use of other applications to synthesize critical information - i.e. combining purchase order information, receiving inspection, and quality data to determine accurate stock dates

● Updated and managed hundreds of material masters (item masters) for unique PNs - from small parts to entire assemblies

Reported to the Vice President of Supply Chain & Operations:

● Worked closely with engineers and quality teams to update BOMs and remain compliant to ISO 9001 requirements

● Upgraded ERP system - data maintenance, setting up roles and access, interfacing with sub-modules within system

● Managed procurement and supply chain decisions

Reported to the Senior Director of Supply Chain:

● Financial Data Analysis - Utilized SAP's software and Microsoft Excel among other tools, analyzed spend at all divisions and all commodity types (both direct & indirect spend) among more than one thousand suppliers and multi-hundred million-dollars per year in spend

● Responsible for tracking trends through thousands of purchase orders and part numbers and internal costs of production by program and vehicle

● Tasked with creating and improving an accurate record of supplier contracts & affiliated data including: pricing discounts, pay terms/rebates, performance obligations, pending contracts, and contract-specific part number database
