NASM "National Academy of Sports Medicine"

The NASM is a nationally accredited training academy for aspiring dieticians, personal trainers and the like. I was pursing a career in kickboxing when I realized my affinity to all things kinetic would have great crossover into the personal training world. Despite not pursuing the vocation further, I learned on the biomechanics of the body in kinesiological terms, furthered my understanding of metabolism and muscles, and develop a new way to interact with health and strength through a more practical lens.
