• Unearthed, initiated and eventually obtained approval for Variation Orders in the amount 1 Million Qatar Riyals in an assigned project with Employer Abdullah Al Muftah Trading and Contracting, Doha Qatar.
• Revitalized and re-established control for an existing project by re-structuring and organizing of its existing construction team; reviewed and revised the team member’s respective duties and responsibilities. Reviewed and reduced the existing construction budget by approximately Fifty (50%) Percent via Value Engineering exercise, design change, and review of existing Sub-contracts. Established full control of the day-to-day construction operations via regular progress meetings with the project team and Sub-contractors. This was achieved during employment with West Atlantic Construction Limited, Trinidad and Tobago.
• Established method and full control for all MEP Contractor’s Variation Claims. Review and assess all Variation Claims to determine validity, accuracy of quantities and rates. Reduced Variation claims by TT$ Seven Million Dollars- Thirty (30%) percent for the 1st Fifty (50%) of total claims. This was achieved during employment with Home Construction Limited, Trinidad and Tobago.
• Part and proud member of a Development/Project Management team in ensuring the delivery of multiple multimillion dollar projects under the development and design phases in the development of concepts, initiating, planning, review of designs and cost budgeting. Management and control of schedule, cost and quality of work. This was achieved with the Urban Development Company of Trinidad and Tobago (UdeCoTT).
• Obtained Project Management Professional (PMP) Credentials from Project Management Institute (PMI) – USA. This was achieved during employment with UdeCott, Trinidad and Tobago.
• Complete turn-around and overhaul of the project in terms of cost, quality, and timely delivery. This was achieved with Employer Aiyana Limited, St. Kitts and Nevis.
• Instrumental in the award of Plumbing Works at Park Hyatt Project St. Kitts with main contractor Kier Construction. The project includes plumbing works to 19 Guest blocks, Reception Block, Presidential Villa, Camp Hyatt building and Maid’s building. Successfully managed the execution of works without incurring negative effects to cost, quality and safety. The project was executed without delays with all potential claims for variations documented. Eventually awarded other various MEP variation orders as the project progressed. This was achieved with recent employer ESPO Construction Inc.
• Substantially completed structural construction of Eleven (11) Resort Hotel Buildings in a span of Four (4) months. Directed and controlled the works with Eleven (11) different Contractors, with one contractor for each building. Prepared simple contract documents performed weekly valuations and endorsed for payment. Prepared BOQs, recommended Suppliers and coordinated with the procurement team. Reviewed structural designs, did some calculations and made recommendations. Prepared and implemented Construction Programme. This was achieved with Belmont Construction Ltd at Kittitian Hill, St. Kitts.
• Interpreted drawings for various subcontractors and directed execution of works. Put in place QA/QC documentation to ensure quality of works on site, prepared, and maintained contemporaneous records for purposes of building up cases for claims. This was done with employer Phoenix Construction in St. Kitts.

Developed and trained a home-grown local construction crew to maximize productivity, deliver quality work and keep within the construction budget.
• Managed the Contract, collaborated the plan and execution of works, and successfully completed from foundation to a finished product the construction and development of a resort hotel project in Grenada.
• Managed and substantially completed the Airport Congestion Alleviation project in Turks and Caicos, work includes renovations and fit-out work to include 300+ additional seats of the departure holding room area, 5 new boarding gates, supply and install Rapiscan X-ray Scanning machines. Successfully completed in time and budget a project within a project in the delivery of a temporary holding room area with works included FF & E in a span of 2 weeks.
