I work as a front of house team member. Working this position I have learned how to deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality, prioritize guest experience, and develop time management while balancing work and academic responsibilities.

I also work as a closing team member to maintain cleanliness and organization at the end of each shift. We have Kept kitchen, counter and dining areas cleaned and sanitized, ensuring they were spotless. Creating a pleasant environment for our guest.
