• Spoke with parents and students about to apply for academic or physical accommodations.
• Helped students find an academic tutor or coach based on their needs.
• Helped students register for exams through the testing center.

• Watched video clips of therapists responding to stimulus clips of clients of different backgrounds and coded how competent therapists' were with the client.
• Used coding manual from Ph.D. student Kevin David and Dr. Timothy Anderson.
• Discussed coding results every week with David and my co-research assistants to talk through differences we had.
• Weekly meetings allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and voice my opinions on why I coded a response a certain way.
• Allowed me to learn from mistakes by learning from my co-research assistants responses.

• Completed training courses such as terms used in social work, worker safety, risk versus safety concern, types of visitation, and different departments within Summit County Children's Services.
• Shadowed Licensed Social Workers (LSW) and observed how each worker completed documentation and prepared for various types of visitation.
• Practiced writing activity logs for home visits, supervised visitation, Team Decision Making Meetings (TDM), Semi-Annual Review (SAR) Meetings, and Adjudication Court Hearings.
• Completed trainings in the Simulation Lab and Virtual Reality sets.
