As someone who has been performing all of my life, I thought that was my only path. That was, until I discovered teaching. Now, as a dual performer- aspiring teaching artist, I see the joy that theatre sparks in today's youth. I aspire to not just teach skills, but to teach children to love theatre. Without teachers to pass along that joy, theatre would be a dying art, and that is why I love to teach.
