Chi Omega Sorority Recruitment Chair- Fall 2022-present

• Implemented proactive promotional strategies to significantly increase membership, advised 350 women within my chapter to facilitate the recruitment of over 1,500 potential new members, demonstrated expertise in conflict resolution, contract management, and onboarding processes.
• Successfully drove the interview process to achieve over 110 newly recruited members while maintaining a 99% retention rate through planned recruitment events and strategic retention strategies.

College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences Delegation Chair- Spring 2022-present

• Appointed as the delegation chair of Clemson University College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences.
