Olivia Friday LoneMan, M.Ed., CSE (she/her/hers) is an enrolled tribal citizen of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma, and as a light-skinned Native experiences both cultural tokenism and racial invisibility. With over a decade of experience in the field of sexual and reproductive health, she has primarily focused her efforts on working with and for historically and intentionally marginalized communities. Olivia firmly believes in the freedom, healing, and power that people-centered anti-racist education can bring individuals, systems and institutions.

SENIOR EDUCATION PROGRAM MANAGER

  • Successfully designed and launched a Professional Development program offering anti-oppressive education to diverse audiences, including medical and mental health providers, teachers, school staff, and other professionals.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of sexual and reproductive health programming, including supervision over Education Coordinators in two states.
  • Consulted on cross-departmental initiatives to improve organizational Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), including partnering with PPNNE Leadership and outside consultants.
  • Managed educational program budget and prepared monthly reports.
  • Planned and coordinated educational events and activities such as The Peer Education Youth Summit and Empowered Parenting Workshops, both online and in person.
  • Established partnerships with external organizations to expand program offerings and increase community involvement.
