I am writing this letter of recommendation on behalf of Olivia Haliulin. I have had the pleasure of both coaching Olivia for the past eight years and working alongside her at our rink, Milford Ice Arena, in group lessons.

Olivia is a very driven individual who knows how to set goals and work towards achieving them. I am so proud of all of her accomplishments including passing her USFS Senior level moves in the field test. In addition to her MIF test she is working hard to complete her solo dance and solo free dance tracks. She always comes to lessons with a positive attitude and is willing to learn new things.

Recently Olivia has taken on a junior coach role at Milford Ice Arena; she has grown into such an inspiring mentor to all of the young skaters at the rink. I have seen a huge change our skaters passion for the sport after watching Olivia skate. Her positive attitude and willingness to share her knowledge are some of my favorite attributes. I have been able to count on Olivia to run classes when other coaches are absent, and our skaters love to have her. She currently works with our basic skills LTS USA levels and pre-freestyle/freestyle 1 Aspire levels.

Additionally, Olivia has created and run our intro to synchro program, which has been a great success at our rink.

Olivia would make an excellent addition to your rink's coaching staff, her leadership and mentoring skills alone would make her a great candidate, but her true passion for the sport will inspire so many skaters.
