For the 2021/2022 calendar year, I worked on a personal Theory of Impact (TOI) Project that focused on hyperbaric chambers. My core objectives included better advertising hyperbaric chambers, working directly with vendors to better our organization’s relationship, as well as helping guide customers through the purchase process to ensure sales.
This project increased the company's overall revenue of hyperbaric chambers from $288k to $752k! This project taught me valuable project management skills and enriched my ability to work with other departments to reach a shared goal. Thanks to my hard work and dedication, this impact on hyperbaric conversions is forecasted to remain successful and produce positive results for the 2022/2023 year with minimal input.
