In warmer seasons, I enjoy starting my day off by hiking or even just running around the blocks, to clarify my mind on what tasks I have to complete that day. I always try to make time on my schedule to work out once a day. I find working out to be a very soothing way to calm the mind, and engage physically. It's also a great way to maintain your physical health. Finally, to nourish and maintain knowledge, I read for an hour every night to help myself get ready for bed.
