
• Selected as one of 27 first-year students for a competitive year-long leadership program focused on professional development, interpersonal effectiveness, and strategic leadership understand complex concepts and develop strong problem-solving skills
• Led the planning and execution of LAUNCH, a campus-wide leadership panel that displayed 10 prominent student leaders, strengthened cross-campus engagement, and attracted 100+ attendees
• Co-led the flagship initiative, the WISSP Pad Project, designing and distributing over 14,000 hybrid menstrual pads made from locally sourced materials in Malawi to promote menstrual equity and sustainability
• Forged partnerships with NGOs and local manufacturers, leading member brainstorming sessions, organizing outreach efforts, and coordinating international meetings to expand the project’s reach
and secure long-term funding.
• Traveled to Malawi on a two-week service trip to oversee product distribution and education efforts, teaching menstrual hygiene in local schools and refugee camps and collaborating with women’s cooperatives to empower girls through sustainable entrepreneurship
• Instructed students of all ages in mathematics and English, providing individualized guidance,
reviewing assignments, and reinforcing key academic concepts across multiple proficiency levels
