- Conducted an online survey using the CDP, Mini-IPIP, SADP, and IAT to examine the relationship between contact with disabled individuals, personal experience, inclusive programming, and attitudes towards disabilities
- Findings showed that increased contact led to less negative attitudes, while higher conscientiousness, extroversion, and neuroticism were linked to more negative attitudes and implicit biases
