• National Student Nurses’ Association Inc., 09/23, present, NSNA is a nursing organization mentoring nursing students who are preparing to become registered nurses. Completed 30 hours of volunteer work including vaccination administration to children in public schools, T-shirt sales for Covenant School of Nursing, collecting food for children out for Christmas break, obtaining vital signs and communicating to the homeless at the Lubbock Dream Center.
• Lubbock Dream Center, 2022, present, Provided patient care by obtaining vital signs and blood glucose while communicating the importance of healthy habits outside of the hospital setting.
• Miles for Moody, Lubbock, TX, 05/20/23, Created a booth explaining the importance of neurorehabilitation and mobility while communicating with volunteers and family members.
• Back to School Bash, Lubbock, TX, 08/03/24, Administered vaccinations to children ages three to seventeen, spoke to family members and parents about the importance of vaccines and side effects, while also updating medical records to be sent to schools all across Lubbock County.
• KLBK Community Clean Up, Levelland, TX, 09/15/19, Participated in picking up trash in Hockley County to improve the appearance and cleanliness of the town. By the end of the day, there were a total of 52 bags of trash cleaned from the city streets.
