My job was to start traing to learn how to become a manager.I trained as a Team Lead then later on became a Shift Manager...I also hired our crew members, but wasnt alloed to fire anyone unless i was told too.. I trained employees on your proper food handling skills. I also learned how to do pay roll and doing inventory paper worrk.. Taking control on our Burger King inspections and Health Inspections when I would run the store...I would also help customers on a daily basis good or bad.. In the last 10yrs of being at the mall I have missed 3 days of work.. I have the Dedication and hard work..I love people and happy to help others
I was originally was hired to be seasonal for Halloween, but later was asked to stay on board after the season was over. i was trained on registers and putting away back stock/ unload merchandise.. Customer Servie was also key..Loved helping people find the perfect selection on items for a party or costumes..Covid happened and i removed myself from juggling 2 jobs and stayed with Burger King.
I originally started at Arrowhead Burger King in 1997. I quit and came back several times i came back to Burger King in 2010 a year before the flood then later transferred to Broadway BK in September of 2011..
