Identified stigmas, biases, trauma impacts in therapeutic relationships, and effective therapeutic methods for clients with antisocial personality disorder. Developed insights to prepare future clinicians for effective work with clients diagnosed with antisocial personality disorder, fostering empowerment and reducing biases.

• Title: A Grounded Theory Approach to Understanding Race-Based Traumatic Stress among Black Women in Clinical Psychology Doctoral Programs

• The purpose of this research is to explore the experiences of trauma vs. race-based stress among Black women in clinical psychology Ph.D. and Psy.D. programs. The hope is to bring attention to the experiences of Black women within these clinical psychology programs and inform areas of change at the institutional level.
• Responsibilities: Facilitated timely communication with participants to ensure smooth data collection, learned about the IRB process, collected data, facilitated semi-structured qualitative interviews, engaged in weekly research team meetings.
