As a lead learning coach or Registered Behavior Technician, my duties were to implement learning programs with children who have learning disabilities. Alongside implementing these programs, I would multitask: taking data, writing notes, and observing the clients' behavior to ensure de-escalation techniques were implemented as needed. As a lead coach, it was my job to train new employees to ensure they are ready for their certification and solo sessions with clients.
