As a lead learning coach or Registered Behavior Technician, my duties were to implement learning programs with children who have learning disabilities. Alongside implementing these programs, I would multitask: taking data, writing notes, and observing the clients' behavior to ensure de-escalation techniques were implemented as needed. As a lead coach, it was my job to train new employees to ensure they are ready for their certification and solo sessions with clients.

As an assistant manager, my duties were to train new employees, assist in running performance reviews, minimize material waste in stock, and settle customer complaints. I also developed a strong and healthy working relationship with staff and customers to secure a positive work environment.
