
I assist people who have disabilities due to injuries who are recovering in a healthcare setting with daily care needs such as grooming, serving meals, getting up out of bed, showering, toileting, dressing, vital signs. I keep record of the care given to the person daily.
I pass medication in a senior community, i keep record of the meds given through a emar. I assist residents with daily needs of care, such as dressing, showering, meals, transfering residents in and out of bed, wheel chairs. I toilet and change briefs, I answer call lughts and atrent to the persons needs. I keep record of the care given to the person.
