Olivia Silva

My name is Olivia Silva and I live in Grangeville Idaho. I have worked as a server and cashier for about two years in total. While working at this position I have perfected my phone etiquette by talking to customers on the phone and taking orders. I have also had experience with taking orders and talking with customers face to face. In my time at this position and as well as working in retail I have learned to handle money by opening and closing tills as well as giving refunds. As a retail worker I also used my skills in customer service to assist customers with their needs. My current job is working as a title one para professional at Grangeville Elementary School. In this position I work mainly with kindergarten through third grade. I work with four different teaching programs. A big part of my position is collaborating with teachers and reading spread sheets.
