- Define strategy for industrial evolution and technology roadmap for GSC NAM Plants and Suppliers
- Develop & deploy new technologies for productivity generation.
- Lead the Tools & Parts Industrialization for new Product Introduction, Transfer, Rebalancing, Localization, QVE…
- Drive the advanced manufacturing engineering for all parts used by GSC NAM i.e. molding, stamping, machined parts and subassemblies. Manage RASIC and related procedure for managing development and capacity evolution for parts and subassemblies including ancillary processes like welding, heat treatment, surface treatment etc.
- Drive industrial projects related to parts & subassemblies according to GSC NAM SC deployment strategy
- Challenge and support OCP projects to ensure robust industrialization of parts and adequate capacity according to CAMA rules inside our plants as well as with contract manufacturers
- Improve the productivity and quality level in GSC NAM plants through automation & digitization
- Optimize the Capex and the lead time of the industrial project & reduce the MBC cost
- Build local competencies in USA & Mexico and develop at least two potential successors for this position
- Leading a team of 20+ Project and Contract Managers and 2 FSR Manager responsible for 50+ FSR in the power distribution sector.
- Managing P&L for a turnover of 25 million Euros and always ensured safety, profitability, and project success.
