RF Pick Roll out -2nd Shift Execution: April 2022- June 2022

Proactively identified employees encountering access issues with RF Pick and collaborated with the IT team to implement effective solutions, ensuring seamless access and enhanced operational efficiency.

Conducted comprehensive training for wage employees on the RF process to improve understanding, reduce production downtime, and promote the adoption of the RF Pick method over traditional methods. As a result, RF scanned lines increased from 69.85% to 80.78% by May 30, 2022.

Implemented RF Pick System: Conducted training and provided ongoing support to employees for the successful implementation of the RF Pick paper spare system.

DHS DY17 Self-Assessment: Led the JDHS DY17 Self-Assessment related to Power Industrial Trucks and Docks, ensuring compliance and safety standards.
