• In a group we used information technology as a tool to redesign business processes so the client can achieve its objectives.
• As a team we analyzed the business processes of real organizations, quantified the negative impact caused by current process challenges, then developed and presented a compelling Business Case for Change.
• This work included ethical challenges, status reports and engineering notebooks evaluated during class.
• As a team we developed detailed designs, build solutions up to Beta, present final written reports, and final verbal presentations before review panels of business leaders.
