I have manged properties I own for over 10 years. I have dealt with all kinds of people. I have worked with the tenants to make their stay the best experience for all parties involved. I have had multiple tenants stay for over 5 years. I treat them with respect and they return it. When they relocate many of them say I am the best landlord they have had.

When there are repairs that are needed, I keep them informed on the situation. I always make sure they are happy with the repair that is made. If they are not satisfied with the repair I talk to them to see what they dislike about it. Then we work together to find a solution that will make everyone happy.
