With full training and proficiency in Market and Social Research, Olugbenga has more than 20 years of professional experience as a researcher with expertise in Qualitative research, field and data collection, and some quantitative research. For the last 12 years, he has worked in different research, monitoring, and evaluation capacities. His technical skills include analysis of Consumer Habits, Usage, and Attitude via Ethnographic Observation, Focus Group Discussions, and In-depth Interviews. He has demonstrated ability in data collection, analysis, and presentation and a strong background in participatory research, especially in health-based social research in sanitation, family planning, and public health. He has moderated more than 5000 studies that cut across different Qualitative Research Designs. Olugbenga has over 5 years of experience in Field Management as a Field Manager, Quality Control Officer, and Field Supervisor and is experienced in training, recruitment, and supervision of field staff. He exhibits effective communication and coordination with teams within and outside Nigeria in ensuring an effective project execution. Effectively communicates in English, Yoruba, and Pidgin English (which passes as an unofficial language of Nigeria).
