• Project: PROJECT W- The project comprises of, but not limited to construction of Primary and Secondary Infrastructure, Monolith Resort (1000 keys), Golf Plateau Construction, Upper and Lower Plateau Assets and Landscaping, Amphitheater, Royal Stables and Pasture, Wadi Wild Horses Area, Wadi Water Oasis (water park),Hilltop Retreat, Consolidation Centre, Welcome Centre, Destination Spa, Utility Hub, Staff Village and Operational Assets. This project is to attract tourism to KSA and more in particular to the area through its famous very historical assets, very attractive scenery, sporting activities and wildlife nature.

• Project: ROADS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN AL MEARAD AND SOUTHWEST MUAITHER – PACKAGE 2 & 3 - This project, Roads and Infrastructure in Al Mearad and Southwest of Muaither – Package 2 covers approximately 74 hectares and contains primarily of residential units with sites for mosques, schools, parks and recreations and other commercial premises. The scope of DW044 P02 is to provide Demolition and Site clearance, Earthworks Roads and Paving, Street lighting, Landscaping and Irrigation, Surface water drainage, Foul sewer, Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) system, and Utilities (Telecom, Potable water, and Electrical works) in accordance with stated standards supported by reference to international good practice. It contains 3 mosques and one school.

• Project 1: FLORESTA GARDEN -The project consists of the construction of mid-rise residential towers and villas within three gated villa communities, including a 2,452-square meter retail centre. The precinct has a gross floor space of 267,471 square meters, 145,967 square meters of developable land, and 5,000 residential units.

• Project 2: DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACT FOR FIFA READINESS PROJECT 3A SURFACE WATER AND GROUND WATER NETWORK AT AL THUMAMA SCHEME C851/3A- The FRP-3A Asset is defined as the works comprising a new surface water collection network in Al Thumama East to include micro tunnels, pipes, shafts, manholes and ancillary structures associated with the network, including hydraulic connections to new and existing structures. The major project components are a.) Design and build of Surface & Groundwater Construction of Foul Sewer.

• Project: - DESIGN AND BUILD (D&B) CONTRACT FOR REHABILITATION OF DOHA SOUTH SEWAGE TREATMENT WORKS (DSSTW): Doha South Rehabilitation (CP837) Contract is for the Rehabilitation of DSSTW facility. The principal elements of the proposed Rehabilitation of Doha South Sewage Treatment Works (DSSTW) site involve, such that the facilities after rehabilitation will be able to operate efficiently and safely on a comprehensive basis to handle and treat the foul flows, TSE & sludge, odor treatment and storm events till 2030 to be designed, constructed, and commissioned.

• Project - ROAD IMPROVEMENT WORKS FOR JUNCTIONS & ROUNDABOUTS IN VARIOUS AREAS OF GREATER DOHA- PHASE 7 : The project works is in various part of Doha areas within the boundary of Qatar Zones 1 to 68 of Doha Municipality and other areas as shown in the location plan. The works comprises the conversion of various existing roundabouts/junctions into signalized junctions, include the protection of existing utilities, inspection of existing traffic signals equipment, liaison with the Utility Departments/Authorities, replacement of old traffic signals equipment, provision, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of traffic signal equipment.

• Project - DOHA REDLINE/GREENLINE METRO PHASE 1 SYSTEMS, ROLLING STOCK AND TRACK WORK - DEPOTS - (DT.RSD) & STABLING YARD (SY.RST)- QATAR RAIL

• Project- CONSTRUCTION AND UPGRADE OF RAYYAN PROJECT -P007 C1: - The Project comprises the construction and upgrade of the section of Rayyan Road from east of the Bani Hajer Roundabout at the western extent of the scheme, to west of the New Rayyan Roundabout at the east end of the scheme, together with the construction and upgrading of associated side roads and service roads. The total length of the improvement scheme is approximately 2.9km plus 2km of side roads and 5.8km of associated service roads, minor junctions, structures, utilities, and micro tunneling.

• Project- DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF NEW ORBITAL HIGHWAY & TRUCK ROUTE (P023) CONTRACT 4 DUKHAN HIGHWAY TO AL KHOR LINK ROAD: - The Project includes approximately 42km of road network and a total of five interchanges. The main road is the Truck Road which consists of 10-lane section (5 in each direction) with additional Collectors/Distributor roads, frontage roads and ramps In addition to this, four separated truck lanes (2 in each direction) are provided from the limit of contract near to the intersection with Orbital Highway/Dukhan Highway. The mainline typical section also has a provision for a future addition of two more inner lanes in each direction (totaling to at least a 14-lane mainline section). In addition, the project will include the provision of footway and cycle ways allowance for the future long-distance rail and freight rail has been accommodated in the project 4

• Project I: ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE IN RAWDAT ABAL HEERAN, MMUP PH2, PKG8 (DW015 PACKAGE 1) - The project consists of the construction of Roads and Infrastructure in Rawadat Abal Heeran. This for the development of the LRDP program for producing housing and local community areas consisting of residential housing, schools, shops and mosque in Qatar, the project covers an area of 760 hectares with 40Kilometers of roads and 20 kilometers of Micro tunneling.
• Project II: AL MAJID TOWER, LUSAIL MARINA 23 QATAR: This project involves construction of commercial building Majid Tower on Plot No Marina Com-07 at Lusail area in Qatar. The building comprises 4 basement floors, a ground floor, 23 additional floors, a parking level and a service floor
• Project III: CONSTRUCTION OF UPGRADE OF AL RAYYAN RD/JASSIM BIN MOHAMMED- Construction and upgrade of 1.8 km of carriageway (two lanes in each direction) of Al Rayyan Road between Al Diwan Street and Jassim Bin Mohammed Street tying into the Souk Waqif access with two-lane traffic in each direction with a dividing median and turning areas at junctions. Six new traffic signal junctions were installed, A new pedestrian underpass constructed on Jassim Bin Mohammed Street, just to the north of the Wadi Musheireb Street junction, that links Souk Waqif with Masjid Square, Heart of Doha. The new road is paved with stone and seamlessly integrates with the Musheireb Heart of Doha development that it encircles
• Project IV: CONSTRUCTION OF TWIN TOWER – LUSAIL, QATAR- The Project are planned to accommodate up to000 people Lusail towers is in “Marina District”; the most prestigious area in Lusail city. The height of the towers (including the podium) is 91.5 meters. The towers are divided into 4 parts: A 3-level basement: including parking space for 670 cars, and service rooms; A 3-floor podium: comprising entrances, a commercial center and a health club; Hotel tower: 19 floors above the podium comprising guest rooms, apartments, royal suites, studios and service rooms; The hotel's roof will accommodate a swimming pool and a restaurant overlooking the Arab gulf and Office tower: 18 floors including open space for business facilities and service rooms

• Project: CONSTRUCTION OF AL-KHOR AREA SEWERAGE NORTHERN REGION - The project is the construction of sewage collection and conveyance system (commonly known as sewerage network system). The project sees the establishment of about 48.5 km of sewer lines, 1386 concrete manholes, approximately 2150 house connections including 25km of 150mm pipeline lateral connection.

• Project: CIVIL MAINTENANCE AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDINGS AT QATAR PETROLEUM REFINERY, MESAIEED QATAR.

• Project: CONSTRUCTION OF ADO EKITI GENERAL HOSPITAL: The hospital is built on the land area of 456.345 m2. The hospital is located North of Ado Ekiti town, facilitating the provision of medical services to the people Ado Ekiti and surround towns the hospital, which has 467 beds serves all medical specialties, outpatient clinics, and emergency department for adults, pediatrics, maternity, and renal dialysis.

• Project: CONSTRUCTION OF LECTURE HALLS, LIBRARY AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDINGS AT LADOKE AKINTOLA UNIVERSITY OF TECHNOLOGY, OYO STATE.

Duties, Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and reviews policies and procedures to ensure that the contractor meets all the statutory requirements relating to Occupational Safety and Health (OS&H).
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor the progress of contractor work as per defined safety and quality standards.
• Management of incident and hazard reporting and workplace inspections in conjunction with Safety and Health Representatives and other stakeholders.
• Advise Senior Management on HSE issues & upcoming legislation.
• Provides necessary assistance to the construction supervision team with respect to all safety, health, and environmental issues.
• Develops the Project Safety Plan and supports supervision team in implementing Project Safety Plan.
• Coordinate with the construction team on all activities undertaken by the contractor with respect to safety requirements, such as traffic management, deep excavation, etc.
• Review the site security, fire, first aid and ensure that all safety procedures are properly maintained.
• Provides the project with health and safety expertise and ensures the project is in compliance with corporate Health and Safety requirements.
• Review and approves the safely plans of the contractor
• Provided advice to site staff to ensure they are kept abreast of developing trends and assisted them to innovate and improve their overall safety performance.
• Provide leadership and direction to site staff to ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and fulfilled adherence to statutory norms.
• Develop & ensure the competency of personnel in the identification and control of hazards & risks on location by actively engaging, influencing and persuade all operational and support functions to deliver an integrated, pragmatic approach to safety.
• Ensure company HSE policies and procedures are implemented consistently and effectively and are known and understood by all clients.
• Keep up to date with new legislation and maintain a working knowledge of all HSE legislation and any developments that affect the employer's industry.
• Identify unsafe acts, conditions, and hazards, investigate root causes, and identify corrective and preventative actions and report to management.
• Managed the training budget, identifying training development, delivery and maintain training matrices.
• Spearhead in the company's behavioral safety programme and work with all levels of management and staff with a focus on behavioral safety adding to an ongoing recognizably improved risk culture while promoting a safe and excellent working environment that is aligned to working practices.
• Conduct Risk Assessments, Investigations and Inspections and Method Statements, ensuring that corrective actions are adequate, ensuring that investigation and reporting are implemented according to company procedures.
• Vetting of sub-contractor Risk Assessments and Method statements, recording daily details and assisting the on-site Project Manager.
• Managed site inductions, contractor compliance/control and toolbox talks. Updated safety files and reports
• Provide Safety leadership to the site teams to develop and implement a culture that emphasizes leading measures and drives toward zero incidents.
• Conduct Safety and environmental audits & inspections in accordance with Integrated Management.
• System (IMS) using a defined audit matrix, ensuring that corrective actions are adequate, making sure that investigation and reporting are implemented according to company procedures.
• Ensuring that all accidents and incidents are recorded, investigated, and notified where necessary to the appropriate Manager.
• Provide motivation and familiarization of all personnel regarding the importance of compliance with company system and procedures, and effective use safety.
• Provision, implementation and appraisal of risk assessments and associated method statements in line with company service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
