GTFA: 3/23 - 3/24
Drove key producibility items with Process Leads onto the GTFA .1 1V production print with GTFA IPT. This multi-disciplinary effort with HSE, MPE, Ops was awarded a leadership award finalist nomination. Progressed MRL from 4 to 6, drove key design changes to enable MRL 8 potential, and supported hardware fab for 5007-01 and 5003-02.

Advanced Mil Vanes: 3/24 - present
Provided manufacturing feedback and drove them into designs where appropriate, completed casting MRL on time, and drove multiple customer meetings to conduct joint assessments on AHD and turbine vane coatings


Advanced Hole Drill: 8/23 - present
Coordinated hardware fabrication for F135 1B & 1V scrap hardware for AHD testing for DM and FD and provided Product ME overarching support acting as the main voice of manufacturing with various IPT's.

-Developed in-depth process understanding of the following finish end processes: Shot Peen, Measured Length, Weld, X-Ray, Moment Weight, & Bladefit

2nd Rotation: CSMC B150 Product ME, 11/21 - 7/22
-Developed ME proficiency of turning, wire-edm, & milling processes for IBR/Drum details and turbine disks. Completed GB project to increase yield of an IDS feature for a F135 Turbine Disk.


3rd Rotation: CSMC Transformation ME, 7/22-3/23
-Dedicated focus on the offloading of castle slot milling work from an old machine to an OKUMA Multus. This required extensive interfacing with on-site application support, ESA/MCL, and business unit 360 management to drive to completion.
