• Consolidate, straighten, and ensure the safe movement of inventory, beginning with the receiving process and continuing through the shipping process.
• Operate the tugger and other equipment to consolidate, straighten, and clean racks as directed.
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures.

• Process & Practice Development: Collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners to meet business needs by developing, communicating, and implementing effective processes and practices.
• Compliance and Integrity: Promote and support compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Merchandise Presentation & Inventory: Lead and guide teams in receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise; manage product displays, zoning, and inventory accuracy.
