  • Adjusted the height of the magazine on the labeler machine when there's uneven labels
  • Adjust the slot gun whenever the labels come with excess glue to nothing at all
  • Readjust the barcode camera and sensor due to the barcode image not being captured properly
  • Recalibrate the sensors on the shipper label aire machines
  • Staged and set up the changeover parts for the upcoming bottle size change
  • Assist the maintenance mechanics with setting up all of packaging machinery during major cleans/changeovers
  • Lubricate the HS filler room by applying oil on the filler head shafts and base plates
  • Assist maintenance with conveyor belt removal during major cleans and report broken equipment and links to the supervisors
