As for my Duties i organize where the crew will be going for the week, get them material, talk to homeowners, city inspectors, making sure everything is in order to begin the jobs and just make sure they were leaving the job sites nice and clean. & making sure the guys are busy for the week.

At the time i was working for the company i was shoveling, fixing conduit, using jack hammers, cleaning up job sites, operating skid steers, i started as a labor then got promoted to foremen then a couple months after i got promoted to field supervisor, my duties then were to supervise 7 crews, get them material, talk to homeowners, city inspectors, making sure everything is in order to begin the jobs and just make sure they were leaving the job sites nice and clean.
