  • Detool parts. Certified to use crane if needed for bigger parts.
  • Run Gerber table to cut material
  • Load program files to Virtek
  • Make sure parts are free of wrinkles and air bubbles
  • Follow my work instructions to make sure everything is correct and all buyoffs are up to current operation and step
  • Bond Prepping parts

  • Use crane to load mandrel tools to filament winding machine.
