Schedule patients with work-related injuries by obtaining necessary case information for the adjuster, or nurse case manager

Obtain appropriate authorizations for ancillary services related to the case, including Physical Therapy and imaging
Ensure proper paperwork and follow-up information is provided to the patient, nurse case manager or adjuster after a work comp visit in person, or via email.
