The “Build for Better – A Financial Empowerment Series”. A four-week in-person financial empowerment series designed to help women develop a strong foundation to launch a financially healthy future.
All individuals interested in participating in the Dress for Success Columbus – Build for Better series must complete the participant commitment form below and return no later than October4,2024.

Program Information: The Build for Better Series, is intentionally designed to encourage women to connect with each other and engage in dialogue with financial professionals about what it takes to achieve their personal financial goals. Program participants will be challenged to make a plan to support their savings, debt reduction, investment goals and much more.
Women who join this empowerment series will have access to various financial education workshops led by a network of experts from Capital One that will help them build strong financial goals.
Program Expectations: All Build for Better program participants will be expected to abide by the requirements listed below. The purpose of the requirements is to ensure a commitment to the program and to the process, which is designed to execute the mission of Dress for Success Columbus and help all participants achieve their personal financial goals.
This is an in-person series and all program participants must commit to attend every workshop throughout the4-week program period.
All participants are asked to join this program with a mindset of growth, openness and learning.
All participants are asked to support in creating an atmosphere of enthusiasm and mutual professionalism, to strengthen relationships in a manner that is beneficial and effective for all parties, which will meet the organizations mission, as well as, the goals and objectives of the Build for Better Financial Empowerment Series, while providing maximum benefits to participants.
All participants are asked to commit to taking the adequate time to complete any requested assignments in or out of the workshops.
All participants are asked to request assistance as necessary and communicate any challenges, conflicts or concerns to the Dress for Success Columbus Staff.
