Scheduled around 80 plus patients per day for radiologists. These appointments included x-rays, ultrasounds (breast, body, MSK, and NV), MRI's, MR, MRA, MRV , CT, CTA, Mammography's, Bone Density Scans, as well as STAT exams. Specialized in MRI safety training and MARS Protocol. Handling and pulling patient orders and reading them properly, making sure they are valid and signed by physician. Submitting PAF reports and obtaining NPI to add Medical Doctors to our EMR system. Relaying important and pertinent information at the end of scheduling each patient giving them proper prep and instruction for patient appointments. Receiving and indexing faxes to patient charts as well as receiving and attaching electronic orders.
