• Attended all practices as scheduled, dressed correctly and always ready to work.
• Maintained drive and determination to obtain personal and team objectives and goals.
• Developed and maintained close association with various coaches and athletic personnel and attended meetings to further develop and promote tournaments.
• Managed full-time sports career while simultaneously finishing my studies.
• Organizing events and ensuring everyone is where they need to be .
• Promoting events through social media and successfully gathering the intended target market.
• Encouraging individuals to participate in both sports and sport events successfully .
• Leading both of my teams to the finals , winning gold for Basketball and winning silver for Netball. Producing the best results the school has seen in years.
• Playing for the provincial teams in the country for both sports .
• Winning the mvp award for both sports in consecutive years.

I was the head girl of my High school in the year 2022 , although I was not paid I believe I held a "job" as i learnt new skills and had the platform to practise my own. I was head girl of communications which meant that i had the job of bridging the gaps between students and the schools management body and ensuring that the student body was being heard and comfortable. I had the job of ensuring all conditions around them and their atmosphere as a whole was friendly and in order. I sat through meetings with the schools governing body as well as the management of the school compromising and standing up for the student body. I sat through meetings with unhappy students and looked at ways to ensure that all their needs were met and that issues were resolved productively and efficiently . I practiced leadership consistently and courageously .
