  • Designed, implemented, and launched support to (tokenize) add a set of payment cards (co-badged cards) that simultaneously support multiple networks to Google Wallet, resulting in about half a million new cards being added and used for contactless payment on Android
  • Worked with cross functional partners like Visa and Mastercard to add new Bank Identification Numbers (BIN) ranges to Google’s BIN service tool, further increasing the number of users with an eligible card to be added to Google Wallet.
  • Added schema changes, metric tracking for affected endpoints, alerting, end to end tests for several endpoints in the tokenization lifecycle, ranging from eligibility checks of a user’s card and device to managing the state of existing virtual cards to be in sync with the payment networks and issuers
  • Enhanced autofill tokenization on chrome to allow users with Felica devices be able to add cards to Google Wallet

  • Created a matching system that collected useful trace annotation about the decisions of an online service. The data gotten from the online service gets stored in protocol buffers
  • Developed a webtool on Borg, using an Angular framework and C++ Scaffolding server, that allowed users to see the collected trace annotations in a hierarchical structure, along with interactive features
  • Implemented a Command Line Interface for this system that users could quickly run on their local host
