What you get out of me is an efficient, consistent, results-driven rope access manager and Supervisor equipped with over 16 years of experience in oil refinery, manufacturing and offshore experience. 15 years in the rope industry. 11 years as a Rope Access Level 3. 7 of those years as a Rope Access Site Manager. Skillful knowledge and experience working on Oil and Gas industry, ALKY units, new construction, and even offshore production rigs. Being able to use my mechanical background along with my NDT background in order to accomplish intricate tasks. I also have experience in leading a rescue team.   • Promoted from Area Manager in Denver, CO to lead Turner’s largest TSS site in Freeport.

  • Worked with departments across the company, including refractory, mechanical services and project management, in developing new ideas, initiatives, and services.
  • Helped kickoff the Rope division by being the lead Level 3 to be sent out on potential future business ventures.
  • Used my experience in Insulation to order material, equipment, and coordinate specific work plans in order to complete tasks.
  • Assisted our sister company (RCS) as a supervision role for turnarounds involving insulation, scaffold, asbestos, rigging, refractory, and minimal paint.
  • Heavily involved in the demolition of boilers/ preheaters and replaced with new as well as with coordinating the insulation aspect of it.

  • Was over most of the X-ray work that involved rope access in the duration of my time being there.

Rope Access Project Coordinator

  • Direct and coordinate one of the biggest projects Team Rope Access division had in 2018. It involved insulation removal, cleaning of the pipe using needle guns, bristle blasters, wire wheels etc. Followed by inspection of the integrity of the line. A product called Polyguard was applied and then wrapped in Zeroperm, and finally it was reinsulated with Pyrogel and metal.
  • Oversee the material being ordered and budget cost accordingly with Chevron
  • Coordinate the manpower that best fit possible for Team in order to become profitable.
  • Successfully completing the project with no injuries and no dropped objects this by also rewarding Team with a Certificate of Appreciation. Ultimately the successful project rolled over to a successful CUI Project.
  • Helped extend the duration of the contract that was initially signed.

PMI/Lo-silica Rope Lead Coordinator

  • Analyze performance of the project and its staff in order to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, and/or productivity improvement.
  • Direct, plan, or implement policies, objectives, or activities to ensure continuing operations, to maximize returns on investments, or to increase productivity.
  • Follow established safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Estimate the amounts, types, or costs of needed materials for insulation.
  • Work hand in hand with logistics specialists, planners, or schedulers.
  • Ultimately, we provided the client with the necessary NDT methods such as, UT/RT/RTR (Real Time Radiography). As well as, insulation removal and re-insulating as needed for the LOSILICA project. The PMI project consisted of using the RTR method in order to find the welds on insulated piping, and using PMI to analyse the materials to determine the chemical composition of a metal or alloy on every component associated with the piping provided by the client.
