Provides commercial and product legal guidance to product, engineering, customer care, GTM, finance, IT, marketing, and public relations teams and help to identify and mitigate a broad array of legal risks as these teams develop, promote, and enhance Twilio products and services including AI powered products.

Provide legal updates to business partners and work to reduce legal risk considering business and legal developments and company’ plans and priorities, ensuring that Twilio products are compliant with a wide variety of regulations including compliance, privacy, IP, and ad laws from ideation through end of life.

• Collaborate with and external subject matter experts including commercial, privacy and IP to draft, review and negotiate legal agreements with customers, vendors, and business partners, identify and mitigate risks in a wide variety of areas including privacy, IP, compliance issues related to Twilio products and services.
