• Maintained clean, organized, and sanitary work areas at all times to bring safety and quality to food preparation process.
• Prepared meals efficiently under time constraints for timely service during peak hours.

While Gub Gub's was moving to a new location, the excellent people at the Stokehouse (located in the same building) asked me to work there until construction was finished. This is why the period is so short, and I plan to work at both establishments over this upcoming summer to save for school.

Some duties included -

• Keeping kitchen areas neat and clean by removing trash and organizing supplies.
• Kept dishes, utensils and glassware clean and rotated following safety standards set by restaurant.

During the summers, my brother an I detail cars to earn money for college. Currently, I have been working on building a website to market our business in a more optimized way.
