Two foam line human machine interface operators. One saw operator. One Zanasi industrial inkjet printer operator. Three utility people. One laboratory technician and one laboratory technician assistant. Trouble shoot foam defects on the fly, such as fall plate splits, R/S splits, chimney splits, rotten bottom, internal splits, collapsed foam. Calibrate pumps, create excel graphs showing the accuracy of the calibration. Experience with physical properties testing equipment limited to IFD, density, airflow, and recovery rate.
