Extra-Curricular Activities

Volunteering in different science laboratories:

I volunteered at the NYU Research Lab focusing on prostate cancer research, contributing to data collection and analysis under the guidance of the researchers. 

I volunteered at BMCC Research Lab where I focused on microbiology research. I was part of a project focused on microorganisms from different bodies of water in NYC and how they would react to different climate changes. I delivered a poster presentation for this project at CSTEP Annual Research Presentation. 

I volunteered at New Presbyterian Hospital at oncology department, assisting patients undergoing treatment and providing support to the healthcare team. 

I co-authored a case report on Osimertinib-related Pulmonary Fibrosis.
