  • Mastered fine dining service procedures in a Michelin starred setting, including wine pairings, detailed and intricate descriptions of each dish, and extensive spirits knowledge.
  • Organized and helped prep specialty cocktail ingredients, maintained liquor inventory, and helped to educate staff on back bar and specialty spirits.
  • When in need of staff, I’ve filled in positions on the floor as a server, and even as bar back, if needed.
  • Organized, batched, and crafted beverages for off site events, such as Coachella and our Steak Frites pop up at World Resorts in Las Vegas. At both, I was tasked with to train staff on both wine and food and worked as the primary bartender for every service.
