  • As the Offensive Coordinator/Recruiting Coordinator at George Mason University my duties is to orchestrate an offensive scheme, creating offensive practice plans and game planning
  • During my first year as the Offensive Coordinator we averaged over 30 points a game and finished the best season George Mason University Football has seen (7-2 3 Forfeit Wins)
  • During my first season as the OC we had 4 second Team All American Players (Qb, 2WR, and C) and an All-American All-Purpose Player
  • Cole Jasmin threw 19 touchdowns to 2 interceptions (Best Touchdown to Interception Ratio in George Mason University Football History) and completed 68 percent of his passes while throwing 1558 in 6 Games in the NCFA
  • During this time Cole tied the passing touchdown record with 6 in the NCFA
  • My second year as the OC was full of trials and tribulations
  • Reviewed and analyzed gameplay film with players to identify team's offensive tendencies, as well as opponents' defensive tendencies.
  • Prepared season's offensive playbook and coordinated offensive players and staff during games.
  • Developed understanding of team's individual and collective strengths and weaknesses to select best plays and maneuvers against given opponent.
  • With starting Quarterback (Cole Jasmin) unfortunately sustaining a season ending injury in the first game and 5 new starters (3 Offensive linemen, Running Back, Wide Receiver) we were still able to average over 34 points per game in a 5-game span (4-1 record in that span) in my second season as OC
  • During my second season as OC we broke the NCFA record for the most 50-point wins in a row (3)
  • Starting QB Martes Barnhardt eclipsed 802 Passing Yards, 12 touchdowns (two rushing) and 3 int in a 4-game span
  • Starting Running Back Elias Lippincott eclipsed 74 Carries 370 Yards and 7 touchdowns in a 4-game span
  • Thanks to the efforts of the players and coaches we were able to obtain a 5-3 record regular season and a bid to the conference championship

  • During the 2021 season we were able to go 7-2 and averaged 50 points per game in the NCFA (National Club Football Association)

  • Coaching the offensive player of the year Quarterback Chase Soper (JMU transfer) was short of amazing
  • Chase threw for 1703 yards and ran for 802 yards
  • He totaled 36 touchdowns while completing 77 percent of his passes
  • Chase went on to be named the First Team All American for the NCFA and the Offensive Player of the Year
  • In 2021 took Mason Football to its first ever National Championship
  • In 2022 our new QB Cole Jasmin threw 16 touchdowns and 10 Interceptions while completing 60 percent of his passes and tallying up 1476 yards
  • This 2022 season we ended 5-2 and (0-1) in the 4 team playoffs (Wild Card Team)
