Project: Winthrop Center, Boston MA

This is the Largest Passive - House (energy efficient) office tower in the whole of Boston.

the Global Class A building will comprise 812,000 square feet of office space and 321 ultra-luxury condominiums at its upper reaches

Role: Field Engineer placed in the Residential Unit Punching Team.

• Weekly meetings regarding Unit Punchings with Suffolk Construction Superintendents.
• Actively using the Pro-Core Software to send in work orders to their respective trades.
• Read Power/Data Plans and Ceiling Plans for both residential unit spaces and office spaces to ensure accuracy of fixtures.
• Kept track of multiple incoming shipment fixtures and ensured their successful arrival.

• I tutored students for courses (Calculus 01, Studio Courses, Structures 01 & 02, Modeling Software's (Revit, Rhino)) they struggle with per semester.
• Empowered Students to get their work done by aiding them with resources that help them further their design ideas in their studio.
• Weekly reports made by me to the studio professors about students and their progress throughout the project.

Project: Game Center, TD Garden, Boston MA

Role: Architectural Associate/Intern

• Worked closely with the project team and client to develop the conceptual design for the library and game center renovation project.
• Assisted in obtaining necessary permits and approvals.
• Aided the firm in submitting submittals of approvals.
• Assisted in material, finish plant, lighting fixtures, and furniture selection.
• Communicated Design ideas to both client and project team members with the aid of three-dimensional design; Revit & Auto CAD.

Project: Gund Hall GSD Renovation, Cambridge, MA

Role: Architectural Design Intern.

• Worked closely with the project team on the school’s summer renovational projects
• Assisted in providing construction drawings through drawn plans and sections which were shown to the Dean for approval
• Engaged in site inspection protocols for the intended Renovation Project
