  • 10 months supporting in division level NOC spanning support to 4 different regimental units outline diagram of past and current LAN and WAN setup to allow adjustment of future expansion and history.

  • Developed a tactical chat server to allow encrypted text to be sent through a Golf Radio from Korea to Okinawa JPN

  • Developed and tracked over 100 items classified or unclassified to embark from Camp Pendleton to 29 Palms from classified material to network devices worth over 50,000$. Resulting in a successful 2-month exercise with no loss of equipment or damage
  • Supervised and trained 5 junior network administrators' options to update software for over 20+ cisco routers and switches, ensuring 100% mission readiness and compliance with DoD regulation.
  • Resolved a Regimental issue that caused 5 battalion with over 10,000 users from accessing crucial information on a private network. Troubleshooting layer 3 misconfigurations and physical interface errors in a rapid response.
