Throughout my career at Amazon, I have consistently demonstrated commitment to learning and continuous improvement. I began in the Pre-Receive area, scanning products, and progressively acquired new skills that allowed me to work as a Problem Solver across multiple operational areas.
Thanks to my performance, over the past five months, I have had the opportunity to support as a Process Guide and was selected as a Learning Ambassador, a role in which I have strengthened my skills in leadership, floor operations management, associate training, and ensuring daily goal achievement.
I have also recently completed safety training, which reinforces my commitment to maintaining a safe, efficient work environment. I believe safety is a key pillar for any team’s success, and it serves as a strong foundation for continuing to take on greater responsibilities within the company.
